Bolangir ;The Coach Indicator and the electronic display
board indicating the timetableoftrain would
be installed in Bolangir Railway station by January 2016.
This was the reply of Divisional Railway Manager DRM
Samblapur SriDK Singh to a query by this
correspondent as to when the already sanctioned Coach indicators and train
display board in Bolangir Railway station would be installed. Sri DK Singh was
on a visit to Bolangir Railway station
today .The entire station was cleaned up.
A delegation of BJP Yuva Morcha activists led by DineshSharma
submitted a memorandum to DRM demanding installation of coach indicator,
electronic display board and other
problems of BolangirRailway station. The DRM went around the station and
asked the officials to take steps to keep proper chair and ensure lighting and water
supply facility properly in the station.
It would be pertinent to mention here that the absence
of coach indicator causing a lot of problem in to commuters during the night time journey as with paucity
of time in the dead night it was the difficult task to find out the coach and
board the train.
This problem was first
highlighted in the Pioneer( enclosed the news)and after that it was
sanctioned (also enclosed the news) .
