Fair price dal shop
opened at Balagir
Balangir: District Collector M Muthukumar on Friday opened a fair
price shop for pulses near the daily market here. People can get Grade- A
quality arhar pluse at Rs148 per kg and Grade-B arhar at Rs125 and mung dal at
Rs110. District Civil Supplies Officer Siba Prasad Dora said, “We have
conducted raids in 19 different places of the district and found 63.98 quintals
of pulses in Tusura town without proper declaration of price and stocks. The
matter is pending in the district Collector’s court.”
